We Are Available Pty Ltd (Credit Representative Number 525585) is authorised under Australian Credit Licence Number 384074 to provide credit assistance services including:

• Suggesting credit contracts that may be suitable for you
• Assisting with credit applications
• Suggesting ways to refinance existing credit contracts
• Providing ongoing loan management services

Under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009, we are required to:

• Act in your best interests when providing credit assistance (Best Interests Duty)
• Not recommend unsuitable credit products or suggest credit contracts that are unsuitable for you
• Provide you with a Credit Guide before providing any credit assistance
• Make reasonable inquiries about your financial situation, requirements and objectives
• Conduct comprehensive credit assessments (CCAs) to verify you can afford repayments without substantial hardship
• Disclose any conflicts of interest, commissions, fees and remuneration we receive
• Maintain adequate professional indemnity insurance as required by law
• Comply with responsible lending obligations and anti-hawking provisions
• Handle your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Privacy Principles
• Be a member of the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) external dispute resolution scheme

When using our services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Inform us of any changes to your circumstances
• Read and understand all loan documents before signing
• Make loan repayments as agreed with your lender
• Notify us of any concerns or complaints promptly

Our services are typically provided at no cost to you, as we receive commission from lenders. Any fees will be clearly disclosed before you agree to use our services.

While we strive to provide accurate information and suitable recommendations:

• We cannot guarantee loan approval or specific interest rates
• Market conditions and lender policies may change
• You remain responsible for your own financial decisions
• We recommend seeking independent legal and financial advice
